Project 52: My BFF | Week 34

August 21, 2020  •  6 Comments

It's Week 34 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 and our theme for the week is "BFFs," so I wanted to feature my BFF, Mr. Bojangles. Inspired by last week's downtown session with Crosley, I headed downtown with Mr. Bojangles in tow. Mr. Bojangles loves to be with me at all times and absolutely loves going on adventures. He's now 11 and he has mostly retired from modeling for me mainly because the disk degeneration in his neck and spine prevents him from sitting up most of the time (the picture at the end of this post shows the difference from five years ago.) Just as much as Mr. Bojangles loves to be with me, I love to be with him and I would take him absolutely everywhere with me if I could.

The following images were taken at Smale Riverfront Park. The following picture of Mr. Bojangles was taken five years ago at the same location and you can see the difference in how he sits.

Next up in the blog circle is Elaine Tweedy of I Got the Shot Photography, making friends with pets and their people in Northeastern PA and surrounding areas after you visit her head around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.

Don't forget there's still plenty of time to book one of our exciting Tails of Cincinnati sessions for your best friend and see your pet's picture in a book while supporting area homeless pets. Visit our dedicated website or give us a call at 513-288-1650 to book today.

Sweet little guy, I love that he's your "ride or die" companion and I enjoy seeing his daily picture on Facebook.
I love that last image of Mr. B, with all the big buildings behind him, because he may be small in stature, but he is a VERY LARGE personality!

Always love seeing Mr. B! Great images and love the location! Love the image with the buildings in the background!

Aw, cute little Mr Bojangles! Thanks for sharing images of him - and yes, I can see that his modeling career may be slowing down - but it's great that he has done it for you for so many years.
