Project 52: Details | Week 9

February 28, 2020  •  5 Comments

It's Week 9 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 and our theme is "details." My image this week shows the details you can get from your subject when you get down to their level. Here's Lucky... Find out the details of Angela Schneider, the Spokane dog photographer, as she goes hiking with goats for a little change of pace; then head around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.

If you would like to book a custom pet portrait session, use the hot pink "BOOK NOW" button to the right of this post (at the bottom of your screen on mobile), send us an email to suzi [at] petlovephotography.com, or give us a call at 513-288-1650 in the Greater Cincinnati area or at 650-382-3242 in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I like floor shots of dogs, but you do have to get down on their level to hone in on their details, and I am getting to the age where getting backbup is questionable.

I LOVE a good "head down" pose. I'm working on trying to teach Rooney that, but it's not going so well - he thinks that a very boring thing to do and would rather run around like a nut! LOL
