Project 52: Light | Week 51
We have only one more week full week left in the year. I'm sure we will all give a HUGE sigh of relief when the clock strikes midnight to usher in 2021. Who knew a year ago just how crazy this year would be? Anyway, it's Week 51 of our professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 and our theme for the week is "light." Of course, at this time of year the first thing you think about is Christmas lights, but I have not one single Christmas decoration anywhere. With our kitten, Milo, who we fondly refer to as "the shitten," we are kind of afraid to put up a Christmas tree. After all, we don't want a shittening to occur. LOL! So, I'm going to throw it back to one of my Tails of Cincinnati session from a couple months ago and the adorable long haired dachshund, Elsa. Elsa was a puppy mill dog and has been learning to be brave in the big world, as well as what it's like to have a loving home. She wasn't too sure about her photoshoot, but she performed like a rockstar! I think the light in these images is just beautiful, as is Elsa. Up next in the blog circle is Tracy Allard of Penny Whistle Photography fetching pet and family portraits in Coppell, Carrollton and the greater Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex. After you visit with Tracy, head around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.
If you'd like to schedule a photoshoot for your pet at your favorite location, I'd be grateful if you'd contact me for your photography needs. You can give me a call at 513.288.1650 or send me an email to suzi [at] petlovephotography.com.

I love long-haired dachshunds! Great photos! I can relate to kittenhood. We had to supervise our kitten's first year with our tree last year. This year, she just sleeps in the same room with it and doesn't bother anything. LOL
