Project 52: High Key | Week 27

July 05, 2019  •  2 Comments

Hope everyone had a happy and safe Fourth of July. It's time for our weekly professional pet photography Project 52 blog circle post. Our theme for this week was "high key." Most of the time, high key photography consists of a subject brightly lit on a white background, but that is not always the case. You can actually shoot high key images outdoors, which is where my image for this week was shot. It's a sneak peek from my photoshoot with adoptable dog, Polli, a sweet, friendly pittie mix who is about a year and a half old. Polli has been looking for her forever home since she was a small puppy. She loves to run and play and while she does get along with submissive dogs, she's really looking for a home where she is the only dog. Polli is available for adoption with Joseph's Legacy. You will see more of Polli in an upcoming feature with CincyPet Magazine. Next up is Floppy Ears Photography by Lyndall Hord, the home of cheeky and cheerful pet photography in Sydney, then head around the rest of the blog circle landscape until you end up back here.

If you would like to book a custom pet portrait session, use the hot pink "BOOK NOW" button to the right of this post (at the bottom of your screen on mobile), send us an email to suzi [at], or give us a call at 513-288-1650 in the Greater Cincinnati area or at 650-382-3242 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
