Project 52: Catchlights | Week 4
We are at Week 4 of professional pet photography blog circle Project 52 and our topic this week is "catchlights." Catchlights are the little spots of reflected light in a subject's eyes that give them life. Catchlights typically reflect the shape of the light source and/or modifier used. In the case of my catchlight images I used two different lights with different modifiers, but because of how they were positioned the light that was shooting into a silver umbrella was the one that shows up. Both Mr. Bojangles and Paco decided to help me out this week and let me shine some light (well, reflect) in their eyes. I also took the opportunity to test out a cute little chair I purchased last week at Imaging USA.
To see more catchlights head over to St. Cloud, St. Paul, Minneapolis and central MN-based About A Dog Photography, then around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here. This week we have a total of 27 blog participants!

Lovely chair! The boys are looking as great as ever!
That chair is so charming. I bet you'll get lots of use out of it. I also like how it's the perfect size for your boys.
Gorgeous chair! And great models. Love the white background.
