Project 52: Emotion | Week 48
Hard to believe it's already Week 48 or professional pet photography blog circle Project 52! Kind of gets you a little emotional, doesn't it? This year will be over before we know it. Conveniently, "emotion" is our theme for this week. One of the most important elements a photographer can capture when photographing pets or people is emotion. Whether the emotion is happy, sad, angry, or somewhere in between. Emotion is what makes us connect with the subject.
The first image is not a recent image, but it provides such an emotional connection with the subject. This next image is also an older image, but it goes about evoking an emotional reaction from the viewer. Then we have my favorite image of Paco. This image exudes pure joy.
Finally, we have a new image from this week with Mr. Bojangles. As usual, we are in our favorite park on our favorite posing log. The direct eye contact from Mr. Bojangles provides toy you with an emotional connection, To see more emotion, head over to see Danyel with Wag to my Heart serving the Portland, OR metro area, and then around the rest of the blog circle until you end up back here.
If you would like to book a custom pet portrait session in your home or other favorite destination, use the hot pink "BOOK NOW" button to the right of this post (at the bottom of your screen on mobile), send us an email to suzi [at] petlovephotography.com, or give us a call at 513-288-1650 in the Greater Cincinnati area or at 650-382-3242 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Haa Haa I love Paco's image. Tongue hanging out..smiling from ear to ear.
Oh, dog eyes sure do pull Ian in, don't they?
Paco is the epitome of happiness right there! What a smile!
